I’ve worked in marketing and communications for nearly two decades. My biggest issue throughout my career has been figuring out how to scale quality design in an efficient, cost-effective way while avoiding the difficulties of dealing with traditional design agencies, freelancers, and making long-term commitments to in-house designers. Unfortunately, this sometimes resulted in unneeded, unmetered expenses, a lack of communication and openness, and a significant amount of lost time in order to get a high-quality end product. This dissatisfaction inspired me to launch Designed.co. The goal was to develop a platform that streamlines operations while also bridging the communication gap between designers and their clients.

What is your hourly rate?

Sorry, we don’t work hourly. (We also don’t pay our designers hourly, we believe hourly rates are a bad incentive for slow design.) We do offer 2 types of pricing programs. One is a subscription-based, unlimited design service where you can put in an unlimited number of projects and have an unlimited number of changes with a set number of priorities. We can also quote individual projects on a flat-rate per project! Click here to learn more about pricing

What is the pricing for a single project?

Yes, we would love to help you with any design project. You can submit a project for a quote online. No project to small (no ego here). What is your turnaround time for design?

The turnaround time starts at 1-2 business days on standard design requests as well as standard change requests. In some cases, we can offer same-day turnaround times on smaller design requests and changes. Larger, more complicated design requests or brands with complicated brand guidelines may add time to your design turnaround time.

Is there a free trial?

Free demo, yes! Free design, no. We do offer a money-back guarantee on subscriptions and we can also quote individual design projects so you can see how we work before you make a commitment on a subscription. No long-term commitment required!

Is there a money back guarantee?

Yes, and we work hard to make sure you never use it! If you are not completely satisfied after the first week of a subscription, we will happily refund you.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No! The minimum subscription is month-to-month. We do offer discounts for long-term, prepaid commitments and we can also work on a project-by-project basis.

Can I get a refund if I don't use the subscripion?

If you are not 100% happy we can also offer a refund on the subscription up to the first week of your subscription. For long-term prepaid subscriptions, we also offer partial refunds.
